Dataway Full Managed Service

Dataway's Full Managed Service provides the most complete package of network monitoring, proactive troubleshooting and support, and full outsourced administration and management.

Under this plan, we take care of everything. We will manage your firewall and related hardware and software security options. We maintain multiple redundant T3 and T1 connections to the Internet and to your private networks to provide you with the highest levels of support.

Our security engineers monitor network connections and firewall logs for signs of unauthorized probes of client's networks. The firewall alerts are logged and appropriate actions taken. This level of support is provided for clients with more complex and costly security infrastructures where bulletproof security is key and downtime is not an option.

  • A comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) that focuses on setting processes and defining performance standards that covers every aspect of your security infrastructure (emergencies, changing routes, adding users etc.).
  • The ongoing maintenance of a customized security policy for your organization.
  • The security policy is managed through a National Computer Security Association (NCSA) approved encrypted channel.

  • As is mandated by the Dataway Process, all critical problems are prioritized for timely resolution and specific dates and times for successful task completion are set.
