Here are some examples of our high customer service performance standards:

  • On a 24 x 7 x 365 basis, all emails will be responded to within 30 minutes.
  • When a client calls the support line with an emergency during the weekend, the client will be asked to leave a voice mail. This voice mail is automatically forwarded to a Senior Engineer. Should the engineer fail to respond, the Support Manager is paged 1 minute later. This process occurs every single minute till both the CTO & CEO of Dataway are notified.
