What You Can Expect from Dataway When You Request Support

When you call Dataway initially you will talk to a Dataway Triage representative. This is a customer service role. You can expect that Triage will verify who you are, provide you with a ticket number for your issue, take a description and verify the level of criticality of this issue. Triage will then assign this ticket to a Dataway technical support engineer, who will contact you within the given time frame based on the issue's criticality.
